A: “Feminine Clothing, For Strong Women." Pink Bow City features fashion designers, photographers & artists who share our feminine, yet edgy style.
We are currently based out of San Francisco, CA. All of the items featured on Pink Bow City are handmade by the designer. Most of our items are handmade right here in the U.S.A.! You can shop proudly on our site knowing that every item you purchase on our site was made under fair working conditions. Because our items are hand made and shipped directly from the designers themselves, most items take around 2-3 weeks to arrive to you. By patiently waiting for your item though, you are helping the environment by reducing waste and emissions. You are also helping support ambitious women pursue their passion as a fashion designer!

Q: Who is the owner of Pink Bow City & why did they start this website?
A: Keona Tranby (pictured above) was armed only with a love of vintage clothing and thrift shopping when she started Pink Bow Vintage. Pink Bow Vintage sold one of a kind vintage pieces at affordable prices. Her passions and talents soon lead to the launch of Pink Bow City in the Spring of 2012. It quickly spiraled into success as many talented designers jumped on to join pinkbowcity.com. We now carry only new custom designs with a vintage and pin up inspired flair!

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We currently do not accept returns. We make everything to fit YOU, so we would have a hard time re-selling an item. We do, however, have great customer service and are always willing to help if you have any major issues with an order and will make it right! If you're worried about not being able to return due to fit, just email us beforehand and we can custom size an item for you! Contact@pinkbowcity.com

Q: How long until my order will arrive?
A: All of our items are handmade by the designers. Because of this, some orders may take up to 2 weeks to be handmade. It will then take around 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Please allow 14-21 business days from the time you place your order until the time it arrives.
